About Justice

Justice are Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay — the Parisian duo whose 2007 debut album ✝ (Cross) didn’t just define an era of French electronic music, it detonated it. Released on Ed Banger Records with the sonic signature of distorted bass lines, churning synths, and a rock-band swagger that electronic music had rarely dared to claim, Cross launched Justice into a stratosphere shared only by Daft Punk, their labelmates and heroes.

Their catalog spans three studio albums — Cross (2007), Audio, Video, Disco (2011), and Hyperdrama (2024) — each a deliberate sonic evolution. Where Cross channelled stadium aggression and Daft Punk’s filtered house legacy into something new and alien, Audio Video Disco embraced prog-rock and 70s glam, earning critical respect if not the same commercial explosion.
